Company Overview At Performance Drone Works (PDW), we're at the forefront of creating custom small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS) for the modern warfighter. PDW is proudly American-owned, with all design, engineering, and manufacturing of our products taking place domestically. Position Overview PDW is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Test Engineering to join our expanding Technical Programs Department. This department is responsible for the system development, integration, testing, and qualification of PDW products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the development, testing, and deployment of PDW products from initial concept through sustainment. In this position, you will serve as the technical interface for system-level testing and Validation & Verification of PDW products. The Senior Manager of Test Engineering will drive the roadmap for system test programs, oversee execution of system-level tests, and conduct root cause analyses. Additionally, you will establish policies and procedures for the test department.
