Summary
Responsible for participating in the development and execution of sales programs designed to maximize
the sale of company products and services and increase the company's standing. Executes programs
through personal selling designed to maximize the sale and distribution of full breadth of products and
services with current and prospective accounts. Responsible for developing influential relationships with
internal and external customers. Develops general understanding of technical aspects of products in
order to best service the customer.
Essential Functions

* Develops and strengthens relationships with select customers to ensure a favorable standing in
the marketplace.
* Calls on assigned customers to provide service and support.
* Seeks out prospective customers and persuades them to purchase products and services.
* Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest, with a positive attitude at all
times.
* Close sales and achieve yearly quotas as assigned.
* Develops fluency across the full breadth of products and services, and serves as single point of
contact for relationship management with assigned customers.
* Understands when and how to collaborate across divisions and lines of business in order close
sales.
* Develops selling strategies for driving the Go to Market strategy of the business units.
* Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, demand, supply chain and general business
conditions in collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams.
* Analyzes existing and potential product/service markets in collaboration with Sales Operations,
Marketing, and other internal teams.
* Utilizes sales and marketing programs, pamphlets, print ads, etc., to help promote the Company's
objectives.
* Develops and executes sales presentations for select customers.
* Supports billing and collections activities for assigned customers as needed.
* Reviews customer quality expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Acts as an ambassador, advocating for our products to existing and perspective clients.
* Directs customer service and technical service efforts to support sales activity.
* Maintains professional relationships within the industry to enhance reputation as a supplier to be
trusted.
* Assists with forecasting and budgeting reporting for select customers.
* Inputs and tracks information in CRM and/or other sales software system(s).
* Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, demand, finance, and general business
conditions in collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams.
* Closes sales and achieves yearly quotas as assigned.
* Leads and/or participates in Virtual Meetings using a variety of virtual meeting software.
* Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
* Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety
regulatory considerations.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Account Management or Sales experience focused on logistics,
agricultural products and services, mobile bottling services, equipment, glass, aluminum cans,
oak and/or packaging products such as labels, closures, and bottle decorating services; OR
Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of G3 Account Management or Sales experience focused on
logistics, agricultural products and services, mobile bottling services, equipment, glass, aluminum
cans, oak and/or packaging products such as labels, closures, and bottle decorating services; OR
High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of Account Management
or Sales experience focused on logistics, agricultural products and services, mobile bottling
services, equipment, glass, aluminum cans, oak and/or packaging products such as labels,
closures, and bottle decorating services; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency
certificate plus 5 years of G3 Account Management or Sales experience focused on logistics,
agricultural products and services, mobile bottling services, equipment, glass, aluminum cans,
oak and/or packaging products such as labels, closures, and bottle decorating services.
* Candidates for this position must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Required
to obtain a driver's license or appropriate state driver's license within 30 days of hire.
* Required to attend trade shows.
* Required to travel up to 50% during the course of business to cover assigned territory.
* Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Outlook at an intermediate level MS Excel and MS
PowerPoint at a basic level.
* Experience participating in and conducting virtual meetings (e.g. Zoom, WebEx).
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
* Strong interpersonal and teaming skills.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Experience selling beverage industry packaging, bottling, and logistics
* Experience effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to
customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
* Experience reading and comprehending simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Experience writing simple correspondence.
* Experience responding effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
* Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
* Skilled in working independently, making sound decisions under demanding time constraints.

Compensation
- Hiring Salary Range: $68,700 - $85,900
- Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
