Join Our Team as a Finance Manager! Are you a finance professional looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and make a significant impact? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Chromalloy New York. What You'll Do:
- Provide analytical decision support and performance analysis using Oracle and Microsoft Office products.
- Accurately forecast and report business results on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Build forecasting models and create reports to manage and analyze our evolving business performance.
- Manage all accounting and financial activities, including cost accounting, AP, AR, Capex, Inventory, audit support, tax support, and risk management.
- Lead the site month-end close, ensuring accurate processing and recording of financial transactions.
- Provide financial deliverables to the corporate office, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly estimates, cash flow estimates, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the regional finance director to achieve regional and company targets.
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance by implementing and maintaining accounting processes and internal controls.
- Provide valuable financial insights and decision support to site partners.
- Manage and develop the finance team, providing direction, supervision, and training.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred).
- 7 years of related experience in a finance management role.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling expertise.
- Experience working with and extracting data from ERP systems.
- Experience with SQL and consolidation software is a plus.
- Extensive computer experience using MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products.
- CMA, CPA is preferred.
