Position Description
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Serve as primary contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding campus parking inquiries. Issues parking permits and refunds, collect payments for parking permits, maintain database for parking.
  • Process purchase orders for department to include fitness services contract, campus holiday party and items for student senate.
  • Advise and assist student senate officers, maintain records of student senate meetings and events and attend monthly student senate meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Process annual inventory on department assets.
  • Assist and collaborate as needed with General Services department to support their campus operations.
  • Assist Student Affairs with execution of student events and programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Campus Business Operations Officer.


Required Qualifications
High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis. Must be a current TTUHSC employee in good standing.
