Pay: $21 - $32 per hour

Shift: Monday - Saturday, flexible scheduling options

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery, keeping them in top working condition to meet manufacturing schedules and targets. Your focus will be on equipment longevity, operational efficiency, and minimizing downtime through preventative maintenance. A strong technical background, troubleshooting skills, and a safety-focused mindset are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, motors, pneumatic tools, and production systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using precision instruments.
• Dismantle and replace defective parts with tools like hoists, cranes, and power tools.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
• Adjust parts and control instruments using hand tools and basic programming.
• Fabricate repair parts with machine tools, welders, and grinders.
• Manage inventory, report stock needs, and ensure timely orders.
• Provide maintenance support and respond to technical queries.
• Analyze maintenance reports for improvements.
• Stay current on industry knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness, following OSHA regulations and company procedures.
• Work independently and collaborate effectively within the team.

Qualifications:

• Industrial Maintenance Technician Degree or Journeyman License preferred, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, plus pneumatics and hydraulics troubleshooting.
• Basic computer skills and excellent communication in English.
• Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Frequent standing, reaching, gripping, and walking for extended periods.
