Staffmark is hiring a Material Handler in Rialto, CA! This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow in logistics and be part of a team that values integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

Pay: $17.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday (OT/Weekends as needed)

Job Duties:



  • Load/unload products from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Read orders to determine items to move or distribute.
  • Transport materials to storage or designated areas.
  • Sort and place materials on racks or bins by size, type, or code.
  • Fill and distribute requisitions to production workers.
  • Assemble customer orders and move them to packing or shipping.
  • Mark materials and open containers.
  • Record materials received/distributed and ensure accuracy.
  • Organize stock for assembly and update inventory records.
  • Prepare parcels for mailing and maintain warehouse cleanliness.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle measurements in currency, weight, volume, and distance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable with standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to mechanical parts and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to follow standardized instructions and apply common sense.
  • Familiar with packing, palletizing, labeling, loading, unloading, and picking cell phones and accessories.
