Overview

GKG is seeking a Program Control Analyst to join our team for an upcoming contract award in support of INSCOM. NOTE: Multiple Locations that include Fort Eisenhower, GA, Fort Liberty, GA and Springfield, VA



Responsibilities

    Responsible for the performance of technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform analyses and prepare reports supporting the program management function.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination to the contract or project task(s).
  • Assist in the development of but not limited to; project schedules, monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting.
  • Maintain contract budgets; prepare contract-billing purchase orders, estimate materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
  • Manage facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements Optimize operating results in terms of cost, methods and personnel and implement quality assurance directives.
  • Assist in definition and implementation of program schedules for all employee activities including travel and benefits administration, etc.
  • Assist in manifesting personnel for transportation and all travel related actions, as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704. Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related fields from an accredited university/college with five years of human resources or project support experience; or -Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields from an accredited university/college with six years of human resources or project support experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability efforts.
  • Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel and financial requirements.
  • Skilled briefer to assist in introducing new hires into program and relaying contract. requirements to employees, corporate and subcontractor partners.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to maintain spreadsheets, create program documents or develop power point presentations.
  • Fluent in the English language (written/oral).
  • US Citizen.
