As a People AnalyticsIntern, you will leverage your analytical skills to develop impactful reporting tools that drive our People Operations initiatives. By turning complex data into simplified, actionable insights, you will empower business leaders to understand key issues that drive results, directly contributing to our organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Support data collection, processing, and analysis of Aspire Bakeries' people metrics to identify trends and patterns
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness while performing basic data analysis and optimization
• Contribute to the development of reports and presentations
• Educate HR leaders on trend analysis to enhance data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Business Analytics, International Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
• Foundational knowledge of data management principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges

Program Eligibility:

• Available to work full-time for at least 9 consecutive weeks
• Onsite availability Monday-Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screening results

Hourly Rate: $20.00

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs.
