Recycling Operator

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Recycling Operator to join a company that specializes in providing economical and environmentally responsible waste management services, including hazardous, universal, and industrial waste recycling and disposal. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Accept and unload inbound waste shipments, ensuring proper sorting and segregation of materials
• Prepare and load outbound waste shipments
• Sort, tape, and bag various types of batteries for shipment
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required

Qualifications:

• 1 year of warehouse experience or related work
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
