The Role:
The Operations Business Analyst is a key position within the US & Canada Sales Operations Team. The role is focused on supporting both the capital equipment sales and the supplies & services organizations by analyzing data, improving processes, and delivering insights that enhance sales performance and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid position located in Kennesaw, GA that will report to the Supplies & Services Inside Sales Manager. This person is responsible for leveraging tools such as SalesForce.com, SAP and Power BI to model, analyze, and report on data to cross-functional peers. This role will help support, enable, and drive sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

* Gather, analyze, and interpret data using tools like SalesForce.com and Power BI.
* Act as a SalesForce.com administrator by providing guidance to management on the development and maintenance of tools to track KPIs, pipelines, and other performance metrics.
* Continuously observe and identify opportunities for process improvements across multi-disciplinary teams. Make recommendations to management for improvement.
* Provide actionable insights to leadership to inform decision making and manage forecasting and target setting.
* Ensure data integrity across customer accounts, installed base and relevant master data. Regularly report to management on areas of improvement.
* Evaluate and monitor customer pricing structures to optimize revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Work with pricing team to ensure discount renewals are completed in a timely fashion.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive successful business outcomes.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree required
* Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
* Highly proficient in CRM (SalesForce.com required), SAP, and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables and complex formulas).
* A working knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
* Ability to communicate and interface at all levels of organization.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in order to address the requirements of leadership and deliver projects and task in a timely manner.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Excellent analytical skills; a detail oriented thinker who can distill complex topics into clear summaries.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid

Salary Range : $70,000.00 - $82,000.00
