Culinary Service Manager

Position Summary
You'll play a key role in ensuring high standards for friendliness, efficiency, and safety during daily service at our cafes and dining rooms. As our culinary operations continue to grow in size and complexity, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and develop creative solutions. Your leadership skills will shine as you take on responsibilities for scheduling and project management within the Front of House team. Additionally, there will be opportunities to branch into other areas such as inventory management, event support and planning, and ongoing team learning. Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm
  • Prior leadership experience in a culinary and/or retail setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail with an emphasis on problem-solving
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
