Schedule Weekly Hours: 40 Gundersen Health System is seeking afull-time Clinical Manager supporting our Neurosurgery and Urology Clinics,both based in La Crosse, WI. What you will do: Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried position Provide management and oversee the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Neurosurgery and Urology Clinic. Your time will be equally split between both departments. Manage and lead a team of ~30 stafftoensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including RNs, MAs, and schedulers Work collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director, Section Leads, and Department Chairs to achieve department strategic goals Participate in the design and construction process for the new Urology Clinic space!
