Gundersen Health System is seeking afull-time Clinical Manager supporting our Neurosurgery and Urology Clinics,both based in La Crosse, WI.

What you will do:

  • Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried position
  • Provide management and oversee the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Neurosurgery and Urology Clinic. Your time will be equally split between both departments.
  • Manage and lead a team of ~30 stafftoensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including RNs, MAs, and schedulers
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director, Section Leads, and Department Chairs to achieve department strategic goals
  • Participate in the design and construction process for the new Urology Clinic space!

What you need:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health-related field; nursing desired
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a clinical environment
  • Ideal candidate will:

    • Be skilled in the areas of communication and flexibility
    • Stive to continuously develop leadership skills
    • Enjoy developing, recruiting, and retaining talented staff
