Description
Summary / Position Purpose: The Director of Sales at Alliance plans, leads, organizes, controls, executes, and coordinates all Outside Sales activities within the stated area of responsibility to ensure that desired profitable sales objectives are met. This role implements business development strategies and tactics, as well as facilitates reciprocal communications with clients to ensure the continuation of a good working relationship. The Director of Sales maintains and builds business relationships with key suppliers including business reviews and planning. This role inspires accountability of the Outside Sales Team through motivation, skills improvement, product knowledge development, and talent management.
