Supermicro is seeking a highly experienced and proven Sales Manager with strong Sales Operations expertise to drive enterprise growth through both direct sales and operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for selling Supermicro's broad portfolio of server solutions to large enterprise customers, while also optimizing sales processes, systems, and analytics to scale revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record managing end-to-end sales cycles involving complex, multi-portfolio deals, while also bringing deep expertise in Salesforce, sales operations, and revenue optimization. This hybrid role requires both strong executive relationship management skills and the ability to design, implement, and manage modernized sales processes powered by automation, analytics, and AI. Salary Range
$116,000- $134,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
