In this role, you will be working with a team of extremely talented and motivated individuals who are building the future of Power Automate. You will be expected to architect, design and implement highly scalable and reliable AI solutions, including but not limited to application of LLMs/SLM to business problems, fine-tuning models to solve the hardest problems, prompt-engineering with advance techniques for Retrieval Augmented Generation and orchestration between cutting-edge frontier models. This is transformative work for the product in close collaboration with the engineering and product teams.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Principal Data Scientist in Power Automate, you will: Lead data science efforts in Power Automate. Translate business requirements into concrete deliverables, including design, development, testing, and deployment of analytical solutions and scalable AI/ML solutions covering data-set preparation, prompt-engineering, model fine-tuning and agentic model orchestration. Collaborate with a team of highly capable and motivated engineers, product managers and data scientists to deliver end-to-end systems and experiences. Model, coach and drive operational excellence for AI features. Infuse and cultivate a culture of data science and AI across the team. Bring structure to problems, decomposing them into scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact. Deliver high quality features with agility. Incubate and prototype AI features with emerging technologies, latest AI models and frameworks. | |
