Job Summary:
This position is responsible for taking care of the floors of university buildings. Moderately heavy physical effort is required for some tasks such as floor scrubbing, emptying rubbish containers, moving furniture and equipment, etc. Occasional unscheduled overtime may be required for snow removal and/or emergency cleanup. Work is performed under the guidance of a Custodial Services Supervisor. Responsibilities: Cleans and maintains floors to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in assigned areas.
