The opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Bilingual CHB Delivery Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing CHB entry operations at the branch level, ensuring adherence to government regulatory requirements, aligning with corporate business objectives, and delivering exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor workflows and distribute workload across operational teams.

  • Maintain team productivity and adjust capacity as needed.

  • Advise branch manager on staffing gaps and skill levels.

  • Serve as an escalation point for team leaders on complex operational matters.

  • Oversee business rules reporting and act as the primary contact with CBP and PGA's at the branch level.

  • Troubleshoot operating systems during slowdowns and conduct operational team huddles.

We are looking for:

  • 6-8 years of CHB industry experience with expert knowledge of Customs Business at the Southern border, including air and ocean.

  • 2-4 years of management experience with proven leadership, people, and process management skills.

  • A preferred Customs Broker License.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Advanced or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of ABI and brokerage operating systems.

  • Patience and strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of industry technology, proficiency in MS Office, and adaptability to new software platforms.

  • A well-organized, self-directed individual with a team-oriented mindset, committed to shared leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Resourceful, creative, and flexible with effective resource management skills.

  • Persistent, driving issues to closure, and possessing strong time management skills to prioritize tasks.

Pay Range: $95,000-$105,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
