This job will be responsible for using external and internal databases to find talent, qualify them for key positions and send them forward to the recruitment team. This role uses various tools and resources to uncover the best untapped talent and develop talent pipelines for the company's most critical skill sets.

Education

Required - Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of education

Work Experience

Required - 2 years of experience in Corporate Sourcing, Recruiting, or TA Coordinating.

Preferred - Experience with Avature and Workday technologies, sourcing hard-to-find candidates, and experience working in the Healthcare industry.

Certifications

Preferred- Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)

Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR)

LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter

AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other Candidate Relationship Management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management skills and both oral and written communication stills.
  • Possess initiative and creativity to suggest ideas that improve the team's ability to meet/exceed hiring objectives.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • Creative enthusiasm including the ability to get past roadblocks using solutions oriented problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and competing demands to meet deadlines.
  • Skills to proactively identify and influence top level talent through a variety of talent sourcing techniques (e.g. (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Internet Recruiting, Job Boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, Boolean Searches, etc.).

Job Duties

  • Drive sourcing efforts for each business channel for specific roles and future pipelines.
  • Prepare and present strategic sourcing presentations.
  • Source candidates from a variety of avenues with a strong emphasis on Linked In, Indeed, the company's Talent Community, Social Media, Search Engines, Digital and Campus Recruitment Leads, the company's Applicant Tracking System, and niche regional/national job boards and associations.
  • Partner with recruiters to facilitate recruitment meetings to include sourcing review.
  • Other related duties as required.

Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible. NOTE: The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in an industrial setting, can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force exerted is negligible.

Normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluid or tissue and as part of their employment, incumbents are not called upon to perform or assist in emergency care or first aid.

The incumbent has no occupational risk for exposure to communicable diseases.

Because the incumbent works within a healthcare setting, there may be occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste within the environment through receipt, transport, storage, preparation, dispensing, administration, cleaning and/or disposal of contaminated waste. The risk level of exposure may increase depending on the essential job duties of the role.
