Summary of Job Description:

The Manager, Network Infrastructure is responsible for providing day-to-day direction, managing, and ensuring network infrastructure are operational for both stores (locations) and Support Center. The Manager, Network Infrastructure is responsible for the on-going, continuous improvement of the design and implementation of short- and long-term capacity planning to meet current and future needs. This position is responsible for leading, developing and mentoring IS network team members, elevating their performance to achieve the company's growth goals.

You'll get a chance to:

  • To be responsible for providing day-to-day direction, leadership, and technical advice for network infrastructure of stores and Support Center.
  • Design and implement short- and long-term plans to ensure network capacity meeting current and future requirements.
  • Lead and engage with development and mentoring of IS network team on all areas of responsibility.
  • Coach/develop associates to enhance their performance and assists in the selection, hiring, evaluation and retention of associates.
  • Lead and provide technical guidance to team to define project requirements and complete them so they meet project's objectives and timeline.
  • Responsible for performing network maintenance such as firewall, router, switch, and systems upgrade including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
  • Collaborate and work with IS Cybersecurity team to establish and implement proper security controls and monitor to ensure network infrastructure meets security requirements
  • Work with all functional IS teams to provide effective support and guide team to resolve network problems within the SLA agreement.
  • Manage relationships with business partners and vendors and holds them accountable for the services they provide.
  • Meet with them on at least a quarterly basis.
  • Participate in and supports the Disaster Recovery project to ensure ongoing operation in the event of a data disaster.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or 7 years of experience in computer technology field required
  • Minimum five years of network infrastructure experience with increasing management responsibility
  • CCNA or equivalent certifications required.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, completion of annual store training.
  • Successful completion of GMIT training.

Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
