Our Mission I'm HOME Team Overview The UMMC combines 37 of the leading U.S. affordable housing advocacy organizations to urge the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to require Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to improve their performance in serving families that cannot access traditional mortgage markets. The I'm HOME network envisions broader adoption of manufactured homes as a cost-effective, energy-efcient, and wealth-building affordable homeownership asset that signicantly contributes to addressing the nation's growing affordable housing crisis in both rural and urban areas. The network also strengthens tenant security in healthy and socially vibrant communities. Position Overview This is a full-time position (37.5 hrs/wk) located in our Washington DC office. This position is a hybrid work arrangement with approximately two-days weekly in the office. Our team tends to operate on a four-day workweek schedule. What You Will Do: Program Specific Work

Compensation Overview The salary market range for this role is posted above and dependent on level of education and years of experience.
