Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $23.00 - $25.80 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

The Patient Relations Specialist is the patient ambassador of Huntington Health Physicians, providing patients with ready access to care within assigned practices and/or service areas. Utilizing telecommunications, computer information systems and our EMR system. The Patient Relations Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for the various practices and services provided by HHP. The PRS practices a high level of customer service, acts with a sense of urgency and reliability, has strong data entry skills, active listener, exhibits excellent phone etiquette, has strong verbal and written skills, and demonstrates a spirit of teamwork and personal ownership in the department. The PRS is expected to utilize the Huntington Health Physicians policies and procedures as the guiding principles. The PRS actively helps identify areas for improving patient relations.

EDUCATION:
High school or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
1+ years of Customer Service experience or related experience. 1+ years of answering multi-line and high- volume telephone calls in a healthcare setting or related field.
