The Transformation team is responsible for delivering programs and projects within the EQ TransformationBusiness change portfolios to meet the Group's strategic growth and development objectives and priorities, and in accordance with governance standards.The portfolio includes, but is not limited to, Right shoring, technology migrations, product development, regulatory changes, client and customer data migrations, business acquisitions and system integrations and upgrades.

Job Summary

  • Manages and documents strategic project / logistical responsibilities
  • Assists with, supports, and facilitates organizational change
  • Develops project plans in conjunction with project leader / business sponsor that include project schedules and risk mitigation plans; identifies internal / external resources that support project completion
  • Conceptualizes, creates, maintains defined reporting requirements
  • Coordinates / leads execution of the work
  • Leads communications related to project work and change management
  • Independently gathers, develops, interprets data; recommends appropriate actions for the business partner
  • Plans / executes processes for measurements, evaluations, and reports
  • Delivers / facilitates training for management audiences

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, education, organizational development, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, training, or organizational effectiveness / change management
  • Experience in project management
  • Working knowledge of HR functions
  • Advanced project management skills, including Right shoring
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong facilitation skills (traditional and nontraditional)
  • PC skills; proficiency in MS Office (including Visio)
  • Ability to clarify complex issues and synthesize related items
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / task.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Speak and write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject matter and audience.
  • Resourceful; adept at asking probing questions to successfully obtain quality information.
  • Good collaboration skills within teams and across other areas.

Compensation: $45.00 - $49.00 hourly
