Field Technician Machine Demonstrator - Monroe, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct Paving inspections, evaluations and product demonstrations to our customers.
• Troubleshooting and performing mechanical work to Used equipment including Paving Products
• Assist paving products sales via on site customer demonstrations/training and guidance of machine application.
• Assist in efficiently and accurately perform inspections on prospective trade-in heavy equipment including paving products for repair and marketing purposes.
• Respond with urgency to customer needs as it pertains to paving products.
• Assess and repair trade-in used heavy equipment including paving products for retail sale.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, paving experience is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Computer skills to include, but not limited to, SisWeb, Parts Integrator, Microsoft 365, and E.T.
• Well-developed technical and troubleshooting skills with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
