Job summary The Director, US Marketing has responsibility for participating in the development, advancement and execution of the brand strategy and plan for an asset for a rare orphan respiratory disease in the US that is poised for a BLA submission mid-2025 with an accelerated approval designation. The role is focused on achieving the launch and ultimately annual brand goals and operating plan. In collaboration with Sales, Healthcare Systems/Market Access, Business Operations and Medical Affairs, this person ensures that HCP functional area strategies are aligned with the overall brand strategy and launch objectives. The Director is responsible for executing the preparatory launch activities for the asset and ensuring timely and effective implementation of action plans and liaises with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that business insights and customer needs are efficiently translated into effective initiatives. This individual must be able to work independently with minimum guidance from the Senior Director while being able to influence cross-functional partners and senior management. The annualized base salary range for this role is $195,000 to $230,000 and is bonus eligible. Individual pay decisions ultimately depend on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, geography, internal equity and alignment with external market data.
