Overview This newly created position reports to the Director of Attorney Talent Development in the New York office and supports our Talent Development team in a fast-paced, professional law firm environment. The Talent Development Coordinator will be an integral member of the Talent Development team, responsible for assisting with attorney development and engagement initiatives at the firm. Responsibilities * Work with the Talent Development team to assist with Associate and Counsel performance review cycles, monitoring completion, creating review files, and scheduling reviews and post-review meetings. * Support the Talent Development team in tracking workflows, collecting feedback, and maintaining records relating to Associate staffing, performance, and mentoring. * Help the Talent Development team plan, schedule and organize events to foster greater cohesion and communication within the practice groups. * Assist the Talent Development team with integration of first year and lateral associates. * Provide administrative assistance to the Talent Development team, including scheduling meetings and managing team calendars. * Assist the Talent Development team with inquiries related to firm policies and procedures. * Other responsibilities as assigned. Compensation: - The anticipated base salary range offered for this role will be between $60K to $80K and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation. Actual base compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location, well as the needs of the firm. Qualifications * Prior law firm experience strongly preferred. Experience with ViEval a plus. * A Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. |
