Job Description Responsible for maximizing under 65 medical and ancillary membership via new sales and retention opportunities in their assigned territory by:o developing and maintaining relationships with producers and consultants ovisiting agencies and conducting agent engagement opportunities within assigned territory o meeting and achieving sales targets by understanding agency needs. o communicating sales strategies and areas of focus with agents o identifying new business opportunities This position is the lead relationship manager for producers selling and renewing business in the segment. Candidate is responsible for promoting the growth of a producer's book of business with BCBSNC by selling and demonstrating the BCBSNC value proposition. Key duties include developing sales strategies, building rapport, handling agent inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions to maximize sales results. Applicant must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Assigned territory for this role will be in western North Carolina.

Compensation This is a sales incentive role with a total compensation package that consists of a base salary and sales incentive target component. All sales roles are eligible for an initial draw/guarantee to assist new hires with their on-boarding with the company. |
