Description

Starting Salary Range: $105,000-115,000-position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead small to medium-sized projects from planning to execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate team meetings, track project progress, and proactively address roadblocks.
  • Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project workflows.
  • Maintain project documentation, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.



What we are looking for...



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP preferred) or equivalent experience leading projects.
  • Experience managing IT projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, and other project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
