Indigo Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine are redefining the healthcare experience with a focus on innovation, hospitality, and efficiency. As part of the Retail Health Training Team, the Learning Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting training initiatives that empower our clinical and operational teams. Reporting to the Retail Health Training Manager, this position provides exceptional administrative and logistical support for training programs across Indigo Urgent Care's in-clinic, virtual, and occupational medicine services. The Learning Coordinator helps ensure a seamless onboarding experience, organizes training materials, and coordinates events to foster continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. Position Summary The Learning Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer relations representing Education Services to internal and external customers. The incumbent coordinates and supports multiple internal and external educational offerings and services; delivers or facilitates selected training/education courses; prepares educational material, markets educational offerings and makes recommendations on services to internal and external customers.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $26.04 - $37.47 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
