GFEBS Coordinator

Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO

Employment Class: Full-Time Regular

FLSA Classification: Exempt-Salaried

Position Summary:

Advancia Government Services (a federal government contractor) seeks a full-time on-site Manager with demonstrated experience in the Government's maintenance management system, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) at our Fort Leonard Wood, MO location. The GFEBS Manager will lead a team supporting the Directorate of Public Works' (DPW) Base Operations Support (BOS) Contractor's Work Management branch. The GFEBS Manager will work closely with and report to the Program Manager. *Position is contingent upon award of contract.*

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

*Lead and optimize the BOS contractor's workflow processes and personnel.
*Use GFEBS to add/delete/update Maintenance Item information (Equipment Number, Order Type, Work Center, Priority) on new and existing PM Plans.
*Use GFEBS to add/delete/update Task List information on Maintenance Items.
*Use GFEBS to search for PM Plans, Maintenance Items and Task Lists.
*Identify the correct cycle of work on a PM Plan.
*Run Quality Assurance checks in GFEBS to ensure accuracy of work.
*Use MS Office Applications to complete daily tasks.
*The GFEBS Manager must obtain and maintain the following GFEBS roles:
*A76 Master Data Maintainer
*A76 Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
*Goods Receipt Processor
*A76 Physical Inventory Maintainer
*A76 Plant Maintenance (Preventative Maintenance Plan) Controller
*A76 PM Time Entry Clerk
*A76 Plant Maintenance Order Maintainer
*A76 Plant Maintenance Order Approver
*A76 Plant Maintenance Permit Approver
*A76 Plant Maintenance Reporter
*Exercises sound business practices/methods; ensures all business activities are in compliance with all corporate policies/procedures and contract requirements; are carried out in a legal and ethical manner, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and are in accordance with good corporate safety practices.
*Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

*Acts as central point of contact with the Government for the performance of all work under this contract.
*Leads all operational aspects of project to include cost, schedule and technical performance management; personnel and subcontractor management; safety; and other related operations activities.
*Manages expectations and relationships with the client senior management, company senior management and project teams.
*Identifies resources required for the project and oversees employee selection, hiring, and development.
*Leverages the full range of corporate resources to improve service delivery.
*Ensures work is executed in accordance with company practices and values and client specifications
*Communicates with the corporate office on all matters related to contract execution and performance such as personnel safety, deliverables, personnel issues (to include staffing performance), contract task conflicts, contract scope, contract financials, etc.
*Holds responsibility for the projects profit and loss.
*Provides the leadership, direction, and necessary resources to ensure successful and effective contract performance in all areas including safety; quality of work; cost productivity; compliance with established procedures; timeliness; accuracy; and cooperation.
*Establishes and maintains a Safety Program in accordance with contract requirements and the corporate program.
*Exercises sound business practices/methods; ensures all business activities are in compliance with all corporate policies/procedures and contract requirements; are carried out in a legal and ethical manner, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and are in accordance with good corporate safety practices.
*Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

*High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
*Three (3) years of experience successfully setting up and / or administering a GFEBS based Preventative Maintenance (PM) program on a military installation required.
*Experience in GFEBS Plant Maintenance roles, processes, and transaction codes. (Candidates without GFEBS experience will not be considered).
*Experience in MS Office packages Excel, Word, and Outlook..

Other Requirements:

*Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport
*Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background check.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements:

*Ability to work and lead an up-to 5-person workforce in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks simultaneously and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
*Must be able to maintain access to a military installation.
*Excellent verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills.
*Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write English language.

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands

*The work is generally sedentary but there may be some walking, standing, bending or climbing and carrying of small and light objects.
* May have to lift and carry equipment (i.e. books, tools) weighing up to 25 pounds
* Most of the work is sedentary and performed indoors
* Work in the occupation involves making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time
* Will have regular and potentially prolonged exposure to computer screens
