General Summary: The National Sales Manager oversees Account Manager activities within their designated sales region. This role involves identifying and generating sales leads, coordinating proposals, maintaining customer contact, and closing sales. As a global thought leader, the National Sales Manager operates independently, excels in customer-centric selling, and effectively communicates the value of Avient's products and services. They support their team and customers by leading and developing problem-solving strategies, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to their daily tasks. This position requires up to 75% travel.
