THE JOB:
As an Executive Host, you'll build relationships with our casino guests, ensure exceptional service, and provide personalized attention to create memorable stays.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Evaluate guest play and provide corresponding incentives, including comps and allowances

• Build and maintain relationships with casino guests, ensuring seamless experiences

• Greet and assist VIP guests throughout their visit, from check-in to departure

• Process reservations and manage guest accounts using casino systems

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency

• Attend special events to engage and enhance guest loyalty

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A dynamic hospitality professional with outstanding customer service skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with a diverse clientele

• Experience in casino marketing, VIP services, or hotel operations

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Professional, polished, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
