Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $51.72 - $58.35 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

708401 Maternal Mental Wellness

Expectations:

Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to clients in the program. Responsible for coordination and delivery of care to patients to the satisfaction and compliance of Medicare and UGS as outlined in OPTS and PHP manuals. Identifies the needs of the client/patient/family and provides individualized-based treatment. As a therapist, will be responsible for and will plan for the following: discharge planning, resource identification, linking and scheduling patients with required services, monitoring care delivery, advocating for the patient, and evaluating outcomes, facilitating patient care across the health care continuum, and assists other team members with meeting client/patient needs. This position requires flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
Masters degree from an Accredited School of Social Work, Psychology or related field with a CA License.
Three years post-graduate Licensure preferred.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum 2 years experience in mental health setting (inpatient, outpatient, psychology clinic) and familiarity with Medicare and UGS guidelines.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or current Licensed Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or Licensed Doctor of Philosophy (PhD in Psychology) issued by Department of Consumer Affairs Board of Psychology
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
