NS2 Mission is seeking a talented Software Developer to support our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will work alongside a team of skilled developers to build and maintain custom ETL parsers using Java and Oracle. If you have a passion for big data, object-oriented programming, and performance optimization we want to hear from you! Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a scientific or technical discipline. Strong debugging skills with proven experience identifying and resolving issues in existing code. Hands-on experience with software engineering best practices, including SDLC methodologies, Agile development, and tools such as JIRA. Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and related Java libraries. Experience working with Oracle databases and PL/SQL. Strong understanding of unit testing methodologies. Experience handling large-scale data processing with a focus on performance optimization. Familiarity with DevOps tools, including Splunk, Jenkins, Nexus, GitLab, Maven, and Git. Desired Qualifications: Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Solutions Architect Professional or DBMS/programming certifications. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
