Requirements

    5 to 10 years of experience working with Cloud Infrastructure
  • Extensive familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Technologies such as M365 and Azure
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud Infrastructure
  • Extensive familiarity with M365 applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft M365 tenants and their implementation


Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Licensing
  • Familiarity with PowerApps and PowerBI Pro
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Data Lifecycle Management
  • Familiarity with industry cybersecurity best practices
  • Familiarity with system networking and troubleshooting


Description

Work will involve the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software as well as participating in technical reviews, risk management, configuration management, and other efforts related to the support of Marine Corps cloud systems. This level of work requires mastery knowledge of Cloud Engineering/Technology and its related concepts.

  • Working with assignments under general administrative direction with wide latitude to exercise independent judgment
  • Developing and applying advanced methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of advanced system requirements and problems
  • Planning, conducting, and technically directing projects or major phases of significant projects related to cloud infrastructure and support
  • Reviewing completion and deployment of existing cloud implementation and compiling the necessary sustainment requirements
  • Defining and designing complex system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for system compatibility
  • Conducting independent technical investigations of system design
  • Coordinating and consolidating design efforts on assigned projects and tasking
  • Assisting in delivering presentations to management and/or the customer
  • Working with customers in direct support of their currently implemented cloud solutions
  • Providing functional and technical guidance to less experienced engineers
  • Organizing and leading assigned sections of major program reviews, design reviews, and proposals

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL



Travel Requirements

  • Travel to Stafford, Virgina area a few times a year for a couple days at a time
