Values-Based Culture Carnegie Classification Hispanic-Serving Institution This position is under consideration for full-time remote opportunity with regular onsite visits to our Lubbock campus for highly qualified candidates. The HR Generalist - Faculty Recruitment is responsible for managing and supporting the recruitment process for faculty and professional positions at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC). This role ensures that faculty search committees and hiring departments adhere to institutional policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation requirements. The position requires a strong understanding of complex hiring laws and policies, along with the ability to apply them appropriately throughout the recruitment process. The HR Generalist must be proactive, highly organized, and responsive, providing guidance and support to hiring managers, search committees, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and high-quality hiring decisions. This position plays a key role in reducing hiring time frames, improving the candidate experience, and maintaining compliance while supporting institutional hiring goals. Major/Essential Functions
