ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the Consulting Customer Relationship Management and leading the consulting virtual account team, realizing Customer Vision through consultative selling, listening and consulting, and continuously planning to achieve customers business outcomes and using digital channels to identify and develop new opportunities. You will collaborate with customer and partner connections along with the account team as a One Microsoft Approach adhering to Microsoft processes and methodologies. You will Identify and sell Industry Cloud solutions to address customer challenges through co-Innovation with partners and the broader Microsoft teams to drive Industry cloud adoption, engage cross-industry resources and programs to empower and achieve customer digital transformation. You will deliver operational deal excellence, manage and optimize time spent collaborating with customers and lead orchestration with core account team members to realize value by exceeding customers' expectations and applying Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline (BANT) qualification approach and profiling Cloud consumption against customer value realization milestones. You will own and drive the sales cycle developing new business leads, opportunity qualification through to deal closure, effectively executing pre-sales process requirements and driving Cloud consumption through sold projects and programs.
