Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and positively impacting your community? Join our team as a Member Support Agent at the YMCA! In this role, you'll play a key part in assisting members with inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting YMCA programs and services, all while helping to foster a welcoming and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Member Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Process account updates, billing adjustments, and program registrations efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with local teams to address and resolve member issues in real-time whenever possible.
Engagement and Retention
- Provide members with accurate and up-to-date information about YMCA programs, services, and offerings.
- Handle member concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Actively contribute to retention strategies by fostering strong connections with members.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Support team goals through excellent communication and a collaborative approach.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the YMCA.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in working across multiple software platforms and CRMs.
- Bi-lingual/multi-lingual candidates preferred.
