If so, then this opportunity is for you. Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for an entry-level Finance Paralegal. The position will be based in the New York office. Responsibilities What Will You Do? As a Paralegal, you will support the delivery of quality legal services to clients by drafting documents and coordinating with transaction participants. Requisite skills are accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong written and oral communication skills and computer proficiency. You will provide assistance to others in all aspects of finance work, focusing on the organization and maintenance of documents and transactional information.
