In this role, you will:

  • Build an understanding of our client's business, situation, and desired outcomes.
  • Anticipate, plan and lead OCM work efforts, including strategic change, technology adoption, and enterprise change management: scope identification, project planning and execution, and monitoring of OCM deliverables.
  • Apply OCM experience applying change enablement techniques and methods around leadership, change vision and metrics, executive understanding, communications and engagement planning, change impact analysis, change readiness, cultural understanding, sustainability plans, and learning.
  • Coach the client on OCM best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored OCM solution that achieves value to the client and meets client's needs and expectations.
  • Ensure the client feels heard and implement or fine-tune OCM solutions based on what the client communicated.
  • Assess, strategize and implement the needed OCM activities as a means to promote and ensure faster adoption and use.
  • Apply practical approaches to manage the people, process, and technology changes occurring within the client while achieving a project's desired outcomes.
  • Partner with the client to determine priorities; build and implement a tailored OCM work plan; resolve/mitigate risks; and keep client informed of progress.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client leadership and other influential individuals within the client organization as a means to drive outcomes of OCM engagements.
  • Create unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees, is what we do. You should revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.

Who You Are:

  • 3-5+ years of experience leading and implementing Organizational Change Management projects developing comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support large-scale organizational change efforts and cross-departmental initiatives
  • Experience with OCM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, LaMarsh) in developing executive understanding, defining vision and strategy, change impact analysis, developing communications strategies, coaching, and end-user training
  • Experience anticipating, planning, and leading Change Management projects
  • Consulting experience, internal and external
    Ability to assess and implement tailored OCM strategies and plans
  • Strong communicator that can translate technical concepts into layman's terms
  • A problem-solver with a learning mindset who thrives on tackling complex challenges and enjoys finding solutions to difficult issues that clients bring to us.
  • Experience with full project lifecycles and multiple releases/go-lives
