Title: Billing Coordinator / Billing Specialist Duration: 6+ months Contract Pay rate: $24/hr on w2 Location: Sunrise, FL 33351 Shift timings: Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM BG/DT required: Yes Job Description: Handle a high volume of incoming customer telephone calls to provide information and explanation on utility account open/close process, billed amounts and amount due, payments. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in an effective, efficient and courteous manner. Experience/Education/Training Required: High School Diploma required. Supplemental college courses in business practices preferred. One (1) year experience in customer service, data entry and related clerical work within a computerized environment. Required Computer Programs or Certifications: (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
