Overview:
We are seeking an E-Billing Analyst to join our growing finance department as liaison between client required e-billing software systems, client contacts, and respective legal teams to ensure accurate, efficient e-billing in accordance with outside counsel guidelines. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and is based out of our Minneapolis location.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Efficiently execute complex billing (e.g. multiple discounts, split-party billing, e-billing, etc.)
* Submit electronic invoices via eBillingHub and direct upload to eBH incompatible sites
* Proactively prevent and promptly resolve e-billing upload rejections and audit reductions
* Coordinate with legal team to process invoice appeals within client specified deadlines
* Liaise with legal team and clients to complete onboarding for e-billing setup requests
* Process write-offs in accordance with Firm policy
* Actively seek opportunities for e-billing process improvement
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, post high school training in accounting or general finance, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 Suite. Experience with eBillingHub and other ebilling vendor sites, knowledge of Elite 3E, and prior work within a law firm finance department setting are a plus.

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000. Compensation offered will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
