Job Description

* In Office position

* Fluent in French and English (verbal and writing) or Spanish and English (verbal and writing)

* This position is Nonexempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.

* 3 - 5 years experience required.

* Takes inbound or places outbound calls to provide information to customers.

* Utilizes a database to retrieve customer or company information.

* Must be able to learn and follow detailed instructions, use a variety of resources and possess good organizational skills to provide accurate information.

* Must demonstrate patience, tact, empathy and problem-solving skills with consistently good voice quality.

* Can organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy.

* Can work with complex computer applications and resource materials.

* Can use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).

* Required to have skills in the following: Excel and MS Word

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Support: Assist with HR-related inquiries through chat functions, phone calls, and emails.
  • System Management: Perform processes in systems such as Workday (e.g., switching managers, handling promotions).
  • Confidentiality: Ensure data privacy and adhere to HIPAA training requirements.
  • High Volume Calls: Handle 13-14 calls a day (10-15 minutes per call), especially during peak periods from January to April.
  • Be comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks.
  • Complete 3-4 weeks of training before working independently.
