Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Ankeny, IA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customers.
  • Process customer's payments.
  • Make credit release decisions following procedures.
  • Refer customer disputes to field personnel for final resolution.
  • Make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
  • Escalate customer disputes and collections situations as necessary.
  • Assist team in meeting inbound service level standards.
  • Responsible for investigating and analyzing credit information while working within established guidelines.
  • Contact customers regarding delinquent payments and assist in collecting past-due accounts.
  • Assist customers via chat through the client's website.
  • Credit limit assessments.
  • Participate in or lead monthly conference calls with Field staff (Territory Managers, General Sales Managers, order-to-cash champions).
  • Meet monthly goals set at the beginning of the quarter (reduce DSO, reduce over 30/60/90 buckets).
  • Work on a set of accounts each day and note all efforts.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $17/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 7:30-4:00

Length: Temp (6 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Inbound and Outbound Customer Service experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Basic Microsoft and Typing skills.
