Position Title: Client Services Associate
Business Unit: Private Banking
Reports To: Varies Based on Assignment

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Private Bankers and Private Banking Team Leaders in general client maintenance and service for existing high net worth clients as well as the on-boarding process for establishing new relationships. The incumbent is the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs for most clients. The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every client, both external and internal, all while ensuring strict adherence to procedures and regulatory compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provides client service support on all account inquiries including loans, online banking, mobile and other electronic banking media including performing research to obtain information concerning products and assisting with the resolution of complaints according to established policies and procedures.

Engages in all functions of a consumer loan from the application process to closing the loan. Completes and maintains client documentation files for all assigned consumer and commercial loans as provided for in established policies and procedures.

Opens private banking depository accounts and provides corresponding client support on deposits and maintenance activities. Maintains all records and clears associated KYC exceptions promptly. Originates wire transfers based on client instructions.

Assists in the preparation of various management reports, provides for CRM system profile and certain other inputs and engages in other general administrative functions.

Focuses on client retention and on-going relationship management with Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients by actively reaching out for periodic touch points with a focus on retention and cross sell opportunities.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Education:
High School or GED

MS Word - Basic Level

Experience with bank consumer, commercial products and operations and government banking regulations, accounting and bookkeeping preferred

Special Licenses and Certificates:
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
