*Job Description:*
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls related to customer orders, provide updates, and resolve issues over the phone. You will also follow up with customers through outbound calls and emails. Other duties and responsibilities include supporting the sales team by processing contracts, invoices, and various projects. The Customer Service Representative will manage around 40-50 calls per day, on average. *Skills & Qualifications*: * At least one year of customer service experience, including roles in retail or restaurants. * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook (training on Excel will be provided if needed). * Typing speed of 45 words per minute. * Strong critical thinking skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
