*Job Overview:*
We're looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative to answer inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and ensure accurate information is communicated. You'll assist with program details, maintain performance goals, and ensure quality service on each call. *Responsibilities:* * Answer inbound calls and provide customer support * Follow quality guidelines and security procedures * Use systems to provide program information * Maintain call talk times and adhere to call scripts * Process Level 1 documents and meet performance goals *Skills and Requirements:* * 2+ years of call center experience or strong customer service experience (retail/restaurant) * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information * High School Diploma or GED required (additional education preferred) *Work Environment:* * Sedentary work in an office setting * May require extended hours as needed *Ideal Candidate:* * 6 months to 1 year of call center experience * Positive customer service experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
