Short Description 1.Provides guidance and leadership to the team of analysts. 2.Develop a high performing culture within the team. 3.Provide support to staff to enable delivery on work plans. 4.Along with the Manager set performance objectives. 5.Demonstrates sound and logical problem-solving abilities. 6.Self-motivated to identify and resolve issues, and in advancing personal knowledge. 7.Demonstrates the ability to manage of an analyst team, developing appropriate methodologies, preparation of weekly reports and to provide technical supervision of questions of analysis to data analysts. 8.Coordinate the work of data analysts to ensure a timely issuance of products reviewed by other analysts. 9.Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining applications within the Cooper Health system. 10.Analyze system requirements and determine system functional specifications 11.Gather requirements, provide fit gap analysis and create effective technical solutions for the business needs. 12.Design, validate and confirm new or changed functionality with the supported application environment that meets customer specifications. 13.Provide complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering. 14.Provide consulting support for customized implementation and installation of the software and related integration elements. 15.Lead large groups to make key decisions. 16.Work closely with business users and application team to design, build and execute a comprehensive integration and user acceptance test plan and scripts. 17.Training new team members of the team 18.Demonstrated ability to Work with cross functional teams and Cooper clients by providing education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end user productivity within the application. 19.Coordinating the analysis, development of new functionality, testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades, and fixing system defects. 20.Ensure the creation and maintainence of all necessary documentation and training materials for application implementation and changes. 21.Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols 22.Create and maintain all documentation for all assigned applications 23.Develop, plan and execute testing for supported applications 24.Communicates all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all necessary internal department teams. 25.Must demonstrate basic skills with process improvement and project management. 26.Must be able to function as part of a team providing a high level of quality service to clients. 27.Maintain support documentation, service desk routing, and knowledge base entries. 28.Create and maintain test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system updates. 29.Assist with the administrative, technical, and customer-facing duties surrounding the successful project implementation of system updates and changes. 30.Understand end-user workflow. 31.Serve as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts and technical support. 32.Perform on-call duties as assigned. 33.Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational core values. Experience Required 10+ years 7-10 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered for those candidates who have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities/summary Epic Certification in Grand Central and Prelude preferred Education Requirements Bachelors preferred Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare preferred. License/Certification Requirements Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable. Epic Certification in Grand Central and Prelude preferred Preferred: RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN. Special Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication. Apply
