Your main responsibility is to align HR initiatives with business objectives, enabling organizational success. You'll lead and execute people strategies that drive a relationship-based culture, prepare our workforce for the future, and influence change by guiding leadership through transformation efforts. In this role, you will leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends and talent strategies, helping leadership make informed, data-driven decisions. You will oversee associate relations, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Your work will directly impact our business, empowering leaders to drive results while supporting long-term associate development and success. Key Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:
