Qualifications Customer service experience preferred. Bilingual preferred but not required. Basic computer skills. Excellent communication both oral and written. Highly organized and self-motivated. Education Bachelor's degree in any field. In lieu of degree will accept 4 years customer service experience or experience in the insurance/social work/medical fields. Experience Two years customer service experience or experience in the insurance field/social work/medical fields. Licensure/Certification The American Heart Association's Family and Friends CPR and/or Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. CPR course and training must be maintained for the duration of employment. Work Shift Day |
