Position Purpose:

Provides overall administrative support to Sales and Marketing areas. Prepares proposals on new sales and renewals. Helps assist the Stop Loss Team with marketing. Supports Stop Loss Technicians with claims.

Logistics:

This is a full-time position working (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm working remote following training at 17 Technology Circle, Suite E2AG Columbia, SC, in an office environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepares new sales and renewal proposals. Monitors inventory of materials and reorders as needed. Assists with packet preparation. May assist with various systems administration.
  • Supports Sales and Marketing staff in addressing agent/customer inquiries.
  • Assists management with report preparations and special projects.
  • Provides administrative support to management and Sales and Marketing staff. May provide telephone coverage, opening/distribution of mail, and the ordering of office supplies.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Work Experience: 2 years general office and/or administrative support.
  • Skills and Abilities: Effective customer service, organizational skills. Good judgment skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
  • Software and Tools: Microsoft Office.
